Beer - Cheese Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3/4 cup | 109g / 3.8oz | Cheese - shredded |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Flour |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Mustard - dry |
| 1 | Paprika | |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Beer |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tabasco sauce |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk |
Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a saucepan heat beer and Tabasco until just warm.
Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constantly till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
