Beer - Cheese Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	109g / 3.8oz	Cheese - shredded
1 tablespoon	15ml	Flour
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Mustard - dry
1		Paprika
1/3 cup	78ml	Beer
1 teaspoon	5ml	Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons	45ml	Milk

Recipe Instructions

Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and paprika. In a saucepan heat beer and Tabasco until just warm.

Gradually add cheese mixture stirring constantly till cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Use as a dip or spoon over chips for nachos, etc.
