Low Cal Crab Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Low fat sour cream |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Low fat margarine |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Skim milk |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Horseradish |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot sauce |
| 1 | Lo fat cream cheese | |
| 1 cup | 237ml | -- ¥ |
| 4 | Shredded lo fat cheddar | |
| Cheese - (sharp) | ||
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Fresh lump crabmeat - drained |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Paprika |
Position knife blade in food processor; add first 8 ingredients.
Process until smooth. Spoon mixture into a bowl; stir in cheese and crab.
Cover and chill.
Sprinkle with paprika; serve with unsalted crackers or vegetables.
Makes: 3 1/2 cups
