Apricot Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Apricot jam |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Kirsch |
In small, heavy saucepan, combine apricot jam, water, and sugar. Bring to boil and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add kirsch.
