Ruby Tuesday's Southwestern Corn Salsa

Recipe Ingredients

1		Canned corn - (10 oz) - drained
6 cups	375g / 13oz	Diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups	219g / 7.7oz	Diced green pepper
1 1/2 cups	219g / 7.7oz	Diced red pepper
2/3 cup	97g / 3.4oz	Diced jalapeños
		Dressing
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Vegetable oil
1/2 cup	118ml	Lemon juice
3/4 cup	12g / 0.4oz	Chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon	15ml	Cumin
1 tablespoon	15ml	Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Freshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Mix vegetables together; combine with the mixed dressing ingredients.

This recipe yields 2 gallons.
