| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Diced green pepper |
| 1 1/2 cups | 219g / 7.7oz | Diced red pepper |
| 2/3 cup | 97g / 3.4oz | Diced jalapeños |
| Dressing | ||
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
| 3/4 cup | 12g / 0.4oz | Chopped fresh cilantro |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cumin |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
Mix vegetables together; combine with the mixed dressing ingredients.
