Fruit Pizza - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Sweetened condensed milk (like Eagle Brand) | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vanilla extract |
| 1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter or margarine |
| Softened | ||
| 1/4 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Firmly packed brown sugar |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | All purpose flour |
| 1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Regular oats - uncooked |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped walnuts |
| 3 | Kiwi fruit - peeled and, (3 to4) | |
| Thinly sliced | ||
| 1 | Sliced pineapple | |
| Drained | ||
| 1 | Mandarin oranges | |
| Drained | ||
| 4 | Strawberries - halved, (4 to 6) |
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Chill. Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer.
Add flour, oats and walnuts; mix well. Press mixture into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Prick dough with a fork, and bake at 350F for 12 minutes or until crust is browned. Cool. Spread condensed milk mixture evenly over crust. Arrange fruit over condensed milk mixture.
