Blue Martini Ice Pops (2 PTS)

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 cups 355mlWater
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozSugar
6   Fresh lemon zest (1/2 lemon)
3 tablespoons 45mlGin
2 tablespoons 30mlDry vermouth
1 tablespoon 15mlBlue Curacao
  SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
5   Ice pop molds
5   Wooden sticks

Recipe Instructions

Simmer water, sugar, and zest in a small saucepan, stirring, until sugar

is

dissolved. Cool syrup, then stir in gin, vermouth, and Curacao. Discard

zest. Pour into molds and freeze at least 24 hours. Add sticks when

mixture

is slushy, about 1 hour.
