Recipe Ingredients

1		Albacore tune in water - drained
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chipotle pepper
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Chopped green onions
1 teaspoon	5ml	White pepper
1/4 cup	27g / 1oz	Finely chopped celery
1/8 cup	29ml	Light mayonnaise
1/2 cup	118ml	Chopped hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons	30ml	Pickle relish
4		French bread slices
		Pickled okra

Recipe Instructions

Mix well. Serve on french bread with pickled okra.
