Shrimp Casserole (6 PTS)

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

1   Onion - chopped (large)
1   Green bell pepper - seeded and chopped
2   Medium shrimp - peeled
1   Sliced fresh mushrooms
1   Minced garlic
1   Chopped parsley
1   Golden mushroom soup - (10 3/4 oz)
1   Fat-free (or light if you prefer) cream - (8 oz)
1   Hot sauce
1/2   Sliced green onions (scallions)
1   Rotini pasta - (12 oz. Package)

Recipe Instructions

In a large pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, saute the onion and


pepper over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the shrimp,

mushrooms, and garlic, sauteing until the shrimp are done and the

cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese is melted. Add the hot sauce


green onions. Meanwhile, cook the rotini according to package directions,

omitting any oil and salt. Drain and add the pasta to the shrimp mixture,
