Anchovy-Pimiento Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 packet | Cream cheese - softened | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Cream | 
| 1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Finely chopped anchovies - (2-ounce can) | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Finely chopped pimiento | 
Blend cheese and cream until smooth. Add anchovies and pimiento; mix well. Chill.
