Appetizer Meatballs Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground round beef |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Soft bread crumbs |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Skim milk |
| 1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Onion - finely chopped |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| Sauce | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Ketchup |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
| 1/3 cup | 65g / 2.3oz | Sugar |
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Vinegar |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
Combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. In a skillet over medium heat, brown meatballs; drain. Place in a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350F 50 - 60 minutes or until meatballs are done.
