| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chicken breast - cooked and ground |
| 1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chicken breast - cooked and diced |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Poppy seeds |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Walnut oil |
| 1 cup | 237ml | White grapes - halved |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Apple cider |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - chopped |
| 1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Celery - chopped |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Mayonnaise |
Combine all ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate.
