Chile Cheese Log Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 | Chile seasoning | |
| 16 oz | 454g | Cream cheese - softened | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Salsa | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - chopped | 
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Monterey Jack cheese - shred | 
Beat chile seasoning with cream cheese and salsa. Shape into a log and top with chopped nuts and Jack cheese. Chill until firm. Decorate as desired. Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.
