Fajita Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
| Liquid Ingredients | ||
| 1 cup | 237ml | Fresh orange juice |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Red wine-vinegar |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Fresh lime juice |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Seasoning mix (below) |
| 1 | Minced garlic clove | |
| Seasoning | ||
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Salt |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Ground pepper |
| 1 1/3 teaspoons | 6.7ml | Chili powder |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Garlic powder |
| 3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Cumin |
Mix and store in jar. Use as needed. This was in Bon Appetit magazine March; 1986: Marinade 2 lb. skirt steak in refrigerator over night.
Probably other beef cut can also be used. The marinade is very good.
