Black Bean Dip - 1

Recipe Ingredients

2   Black beans - rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons 45mlFresh lime juice
3 tablespoons 45mlChopped lime zest
1/2 cup 118mlChicken broth
1 teaspoon 5mlGround cumin
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCayenne
4   Jalapeno peppers - coarsely chopped
1   Red bell pepper - stem, seeds, and ribs removed
1/2 cup 8g / 0.3ozFresh cilantro - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Place the first six ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until just chunky.

Transfer to a medium-size bowl and add the remaining ingredients; mix well.

Taste and adjust seasoning with more lime juice or cayenne.
