Black Bean Relish - 1

Recipe Ingredients

15 oz 426gBlack beans; canned - *
3/4 cup 46g / 1.6ozTomato; finely chopped - 1 med
1   Serrano chile - **
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozRed bell pepper - chopped
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozRed onion - finely chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlWhite wine vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

* Black beans should be canned and they should be rinsed and drained.

** Serrano chile should be seeded and finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups relish.
