| 1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
| 3 1/4 cups | 203g / 7.2oz | Bread flour |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Beau monde - (or salt) |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter or margarine |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Active dry yeast |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dried chives |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground cumin |
| When Beeper Sounds Add | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Shredded Monterey Jack |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped red bell pepper |
| 1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chopped jalapeno pepper |
Place all of first-part ingredients in breadmaker, set for regular (or white) bread, and start machine. When beeper sounds, add second set of ingredients. With the cheese and sour cream, this makes a nice brown loaf of tasty bread. Enjoy!
