| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Oil |
| 2 | Garlic - minced or pressed | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
| Sliced mushrooms - (optional)sliced | ||
| Noodles | ||
| 2 | Carrots - julienne (large) | |
| 2 | Celery - sliced diagonally | |
| 1 | Cabbage - finely chopped | |
| 1 | Cilantro - chopped | |
| 1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Broth from gluten |
| 1 | Rice noodles - soaked 5 minutes in cold water, then drained | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce or G. Washington's broth - (optional) |
| Chopped green onions |
Sautee garlic in oil 1-2 minutes. Add onion, mushrooms and gluten, and stir fry until onions are transparent. Add remaining vegetables and stir fry 2-3 minutes.
Add all but green onions and stir-fry 3 more minutes or until almost done. Cover and turn heat off. Let sit a few minutes. Sprinkle green onions over top before serving.
