| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
| 1 | Green pepper - chopped | |
| 1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Rice - uncooked |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 3 | Onion - sliced | |
| 1 | Tomato - whole (medium can) | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chile powder |
| Pepper - dash |
Preheat oven to 350F. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain fat. Add onions & peppers and cook until onion is tender. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat until warm. Pour in a casserole dish, cover, bake for 1 hour.
